All products are made to order based on the artwork supplied by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all files are correct, print-ready, and meet our artwork guidelines before submission.
We reserve the right to refuse or delay orders where files do not meet required standards.
1. Ownership of the Site
This website, dtfwales.co.uk and the online store are owned and operated by DTF Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Copyright and Content
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and artwork guidelines, is the property of DTF Wales and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written consent, except for personal use when placing an order.
3. Use of the Store

- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

4. Artwork Submissions
- All artwork files submitted for printing must meet our Artwork Specifications, (PNG or PDF, minimum 150 DPI, transparent background, CMYK preferred, and 3mm margin).
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork submitted. DTF Wales accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringements in customer-supplied designs.
- All artwork is printed exactly as supplied. We do not check, edit, or question layouts, sizing, colour accuracy, or design positioning.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all files meet our specifications and are ready for print.
- DTF Wales cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrectly prepared artwork, such as low resolution, missing transparency, or design placement errors.
5. Orders and Payments
- Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
- Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where required.
- We reserve the right to update pricing or availability at any time.
6. Delivery and Local Pickup
- Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.
- Local collection is available by prior arrangement. Customers selecting this option will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
7. Returns and Refunds
- As all products are custom-made to order, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.
- If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@dtfwales.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability
- DTF Wales will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
