Shipping & Payment Info

All orders are processed and dispatched by DWDM Ltd, trading as DTF Wales.

1. Order Processing
All products at DTF Wales are custom-made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days once both payment and artwork files have been received.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

2. Delivery Options
We currently offer delivery within the UK only. Customers can choose from the following options at checkout:

Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) – sent via a trusted courier or Royal Mail.
Next Day Delivery – available at checkout for faster service (orders must be placed before 12 noon).
Local Collection – free collection from our base in Wales. Customers choosing this option will receive an email with collection details once the order is ready.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected.
Local collection is free of charge.

4. Damages, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@dtfwales.co.uk
For damaged goods, please include clear photos of both the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
DTF Wales is not responsible for delays or issues caused by couriers once an item has been dispatched, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery problems wherever possible.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All products are custom-made to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.

6. Payment Options
Payments are securely processed online through Stripe. This allows you to pay using:

All major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
Apple Pay (where available)
Google Pay (where available)

We do not accept cash on delivery or offline payments.
