1. What type of files do you accept?
We accept PNG or PDF files with a transparent background. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI in CMYK colour mode.
Please also leave a 3mm margin between your artwork and the sheet edge.
2. How do I send you my artwork?
You can upload your artwork directly when placing an order, or email it to us with your order number at sales@dtfwales.co.uk.
If you have multiple designs, you can arrange them on one sheet using our free tool: Free Gang Sheet Maker.
3. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds if there are no issues with the product.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error, we will replace or refund it.

4. How long does delivery take?
We offer:

Next Day Delivery:
available at checkout (order before 12 noon)
Local Collection:
free pickup from our base in Wales (details provided after order confirmation)
5. Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.
6. How do I pay for my order?
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
You can pay with all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available).
7. Will the colours look exactly like my screen?
Colours on screen can vary slightly from print due to monitor settings and the print process.
We use high-quality inks and media to ensure your prints are vibrant, sharp, and long-lasting.
8. What if I’m not sure my artwork meets your requirements?

Artwork Specifications before placing your order.
All files are printed exactly as supplied — we do not check, edit, or question layouts, sizing, or design positioning.
If your artwork doesn’t meet the required specifications (for example, incorrect size, low resolution, or missing transparency), it may affect the final print quality.
DTF Wales cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect artwork setup.
